Maravilla is a fully organic, commercial blend of the highest quality 100% Arabica, originating from the exotic, lava-busting, still active volcanoes of Nicaragua.

It owes its unique flavor to the fertile soil and the equatorial sun of Central America, which operates in this way only there. Its taste is very balanced, and its mild but noticeable bitterness will certainly appeal to lovers of Italian and French coffees. Additionally, its taste contains chocolate and nut notes, coming from the soil created by dangerous but life-giving volcanoes.

In the world of coffee, we distinguish three categories: corporate coffees (sometimes also called commercial coffees), craft coffees and specialty coffees. Our Maravilla, although it belongs to commercial coffees, is characterized by the highest quality of beans. It comes from small plantations, undergoes rigorous selection and is roasted in small batches under the watchful eye of experienced roasters.
Unlike other corporate coffees, Maravilla does not contain any artificial additives or flavors.

Flavor notes: Chocolate, nuts, orange notes

Acidity: Medium low

The world of coffee lovers is divided into those who prefer bitter and sour sensations. Thanks to its moderate acidity, Maravilla will certainly please both groups, although it should appeal to the latter.

Body: Medium

Characterized by a moderate body, Mayo is a unique combination of bitter and sour coffees, offering flavors of both nutty, chocolate and citrus.

Flavor intensity: Medium higher

Maravilla impresses with its slightly higher flavor intensity. It is the perfect companion for mornings and afternoon moments of relaxation.

Maravilla, due to the selected Arabica species, is still roasted to a medium degree, but on a scale of 1-5 it is 4, this degree of roasting offers full aromas and a balance between taste and the content of minerals and caffeine.

Welcome to Mott Coffee roastery

My story with Mott Coffee began when, after achieving success in the construction industry, I decided to devote myself to my true passion - coffee. I started traveling around Central America, where I had the opportunity to establish personal, friendly relationships with the best growers and explore the richness of local flavors.

The key is the grain

At Mott Coffee, we focus on providing only the best quality coffee. Each grain is carefully tasted and inspected, and the method of processing is selected individually on the plantations. Thanks to this, coffees from our roastery in Gorzyce are unique, fresh and high-quality. We send coffee directly to customers, which guarantees its highest freshness.

We have also recently purchased a coffee plantation in Costa Rica with an area of ​​almost 100 hectares to ensure that we offer you the best possible beans!

The final, crucial stage

For us, the roasting process is a key element influencing the taste of coffee. We roast most of our coffees medium, which allows us to preserve all the subtle flavor notes. Thanks to this, each cup of our coffee turns into a unique pleasure to which our customers eagerly return.
