When Don Ramon planted the first coffee trees in the Coto Brus area half a century ago, he knew he was doing the right thing. Today, his son Paco grows this unique coffee in the shade of trees. Here, coffee growing, harvesting and processing are treated with extraordinary care and attention. And it is certain that no coffee will smell, taste or look the same.
