ORIGIN AND QUALITY

The beans of this coffee come from small, carefully selected plantations located at an altitude of 500 m above sea level, and the production process is carried out according to our own guidelines. As a result, we obtain coffee with an exceptionally strong, bitter taste that delights the palates of gourmets who like bitter flavor notes.

Whatstands outour coffee from other types of Robusta? Definitely the production process. It is not processed according to the commercial "washed" method, in which the fruit pulp is completely removed and then the beans are sent to large ovens, where they are dried at higher temperatures.

Our Robusta GATO is driedin the sun along with the pulp, thanks to which the grains are saturated with minerals, vitamins and flavors.


TASTE

Robusta is a stronger coffee than Arabica, and our GATO version from Vietnam contains, in the case of unroasted beans, as much as twice as much caffeine as Arabica. It has a unique, strong taste, with strongly defined notesdark chocolate and nuts. Mott Coffee GATO is roasted in our roastery in Poland, in small batches, which ensures better quality control and a better, deeper flavor.


DESTINY

At Mott Coffee, we believe that each well-processed coffee is unique, which is why our beans are carefully selected and subject to special processing of our choice to obtain their unique flavor bouquet. Our Robusta GATO is a guarantee of great taste and energy for the whole day. This coffee can be prepared in: an automatic coffee machine, a drip coffee machine, a portafilter coffee machine, a Moca coffee maker, and for traditional brewing.

In our roastery, we most recommend the methods of preparing GATO

Espresso - 8g of finely ground coffee per 25 ml of brew

Moca coffee maker - 8g of medium or finely ground coffee per 150 ml of brew

Traditional method - 4g of finely ground coffee per 200 ml of infusion

It is our practice that coffee should be consumed within 3 months from the date of roasting.

Remember to store opened coffee tightly closed in a dark and dry place.

My story with Mott Coffee began when, after achieving success in the construction industry, I decided to devote myself to my true passion - coffee. I started traveling around Central America, where I had the opportunity to establish personal, friendly relationships with the best growers and explore the richness of local flavors.

The key is the grain

At Mott Coffee, we focus on providing only the best quality coffee. Each grain is carefully tasted and inspected, and the method of processing is selected individually on the plantations. Thanks to this, coffees from our roastery in Gorzyce are unique, fresh and high-quality. We send coffee directly to customers, which guarantees its highest freshness.

We have also recently purchased a coffee plantation in Costa Rica with an area of ​​almost 100 hectares to ensure that we offer you the best possible beans!

The final, crucial stage

For us, the roasting process is a key element influencing the taste of coffee. We roast most of our coffees medium, which allows us to preserve all the subtle flavor notes. Thanks to this, each cup of our coffee turns into a unique pleasure to which our customers eagerly return.
